Our approach
The plan comes first.
We meet in person, walk the site or existing home, and coordinate the design with you. Final pricing follows design and site review, and your fixed-contract amount is set before construction begins. During the build, you receive regular updates and a direct line to the team doing the work.
- Personal attention
- You work directly with a locally owned team that knows Bay County homes, weather, and building conditions.
- Disciplined planning
- Design decisions are settled before construction is priced, which keeps budgets and expectations transparent.
- Craftsmanship and quality control
- Framing, finish carpentry, and trade work are reviewed throughout the build—not only at the end.
- Licensed and insured
- Licensed, bonded and insured in Florida. CBC1264923 | CCC1335142 | CAC1815299
- After the walkthrough
- One-year workmanship warranty on all completed work. Questions after the final walkthrough come back to the same local team.
Client perspectives
It was a pleasure to have Olympus Builders working in my home. My home was built 40 years ago and had not been upgraded at all. Olympus Builders came in and expertly remodeled the areas that desperately needed it. Their work is amazing.
I've used them for years on multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity. I received the same excellent quality of service, craftsmanship, and attention to detail on every single one. I will definitely continue to use them again and again for all my renovation and building needs.
Olympus Builders are amazing! From the first visit and after, they were easy to work with. Communication was open and expectations were set upfront. Any questions were answered quickly and accurately. The project was a full remodel of a condo so there were things that happened along the way. Together we discussed them and they made the necessary adjustments. The end result is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. I highly highly recommend them!
